Are you looking to stay active during your pregnancy? Maybe you aren't sure where to start with prenatal fitness or you have questions and concerns? Or perhaps you just need some extra motivation? Whatever the reason, you've come to the right place!

The current session of Prenatal Yoga is sold out but a new session starts Sunday May 14th at 10am. Classes are at Norberry-Glenlee CC in St. Vital. Register Now!

We also welcome prenatal participants in any of our fitness classes and groups! As our instructors are prenatal specialists we are able to give prenatal modifications as needed during any of our workouts!

Evening Fitness in St. Boniface is popular with pregnant moms. Classes are 7pm on Tuesdays. Register Now!


Steph (certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist) is also available via email/phone/text for any questions or concerns you may have about fitness during pregnancy!
