Two new sessions of Prenatal Yoga are starting in early May:
Sundays at 9:30am at Norberry-Glenlee CC in St. Vital, starting May 3rd.
Wednesdays at 7:30pm at Champlain CC in St. Boniface, starting March 6th.
We also welcome prenatal participants in any of our fitness classes! As our instructors are prenatal specialists we are able to give prenatal modifications as needed during any of our workouts!
Our Evening Fitness class is popular with pregnant moms. Spring classes are Tuesdays at 7:00pm at Coronation Park in St. Boniface starting May 5th.
Steph (certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist) is also available via email/phone/text for any questions or concerns you may have about fitness during pregnancy!
