Are you looking to stay active during your pregnancy? Maybe you aren't sure where to start with prenatal fitness or you have questions and concerns? Or perhaps you just need some extra motivation? Whatever the reason, you've come to the right place!

Registration is open for our Spring Sessions of Prenatal Yoga. We have 2 classes to choose from!
Sundays at 9:30am starting May 5th at Norberry-Glenlee CC in St. Vital, with Bethany
Mondays at 7:00pm starting May 6th at East Elmwood CC, with Amy
We also welcome prenatal participants in any of our fitness classes! As our instructors are prenatal specialists we are able to give prenatal modifications as needed during any of our workouts!
Our Evening Fitness class is popular with pregnant moms. Classes are 7pm in St. Boniface. The spring session starts May 8th at Coronation Park, with Steph.
Steph (certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist) is also available via email/phone/text for any questions or concerns you may have about fitness during pregnancy!
