Peg Family Fitness has another session of Prenatal Yoga starting July 12th! Class will be Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm at King George Park in Old St. Vital.
We also welcome prenatal participants in any of our fitness classes and groups! As our instructors are prenatal specialists we are able to give prenatal modifications as needed during any of our workouts!
Steph (certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist) is also available via email/phone/text for any questions or concerns you may have about fitness during pregnancy!
