Online Classes!
This spring we are offering TWO weekly fitness classes on Zoom. Skip the trip to the gym and join us online!
Classes are Tuesdays at 11am and Thursdays at 6am starting May 5th and 7th.
Our online fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels! Many modifications are given so that you can workout at your own pace. These classes incorporate cardio, strength, core, and flexibility training, and are also prenatal-friendly.
Babies and children are ALWAYS invited to join as well!
All you need to participate is a small amount of space, a set of dumbbells, and a yoga mat or carpeted area.
And, any new Zoom participant can come and try a class for FREE! Free trial classes can be done at any time. Just email Steph at pegfamilyfitness@gmail.com.
