Do you want to try a class before committing? Please contact us about arranging a drop-in. Drop-ins are also available if a class is not full.

All participants must complete a Health Intake Form before their first class. Prenatal participants must be cleared by a medical professional or by the e-PARmed-X+ health survey before participating.
