I absolutely love Babes and Biceps Bootcamp. I am so much stronger after working out together for 5 months. Having the different options during the workout really allows me to customize my workout. This class is my something I look forward to every week, and I am so grateful to Steph, her team, and the other mommas, for giving me this amazing outlet!

I take Giggle & Sweat classes via Zoom and I am loving them! Steph is amazing. She makes sure everyone has a good time and has done a great job at adjusting to the ever-changing covid restrictions. These classes give me something to look forward to while stuck at home, they entertain my toddler, and I get to work on losing the baby weight. It's a win-win-win! I also love that there are different levels for every move, so you can go at your own pace. Thanks for keeping us active, Steph!!

She keeps the workouts fresh and fun, which makes it really easy to stay active. I'm so happy to have found this class. I look forward to it every week- it's been one of the highlights of my maternity leave.

Babes and Biceps Bootcamp is definitely a challenge but so much fun! Steph is always thinking of new workouts which is key to keep me motivated. The classes through Zoom actually work really well as they allow me to be home for naps and not miss my workouts.

If you're looking to get moving, this class is for you! There are varying levels for every move throughout the workout so that you can choose what is right for your body in the moment. I’ve become familiar with the moves so it’s easy for me to see how far I’ve come in my strength and flexibility after pregnancy. Whether it’s in person or via zoom, it’s clear Steph has a passion for being a trainer and a mom. My favourite part of the class is that babies are welcome and included.
