Owner and Group Fitness Instructor
Steph is a mom of two young boys. She has had a love for fitness and sport for as long as she can remember. Steph started working out with Fit 4 Two Winnipeg East in 2015 after her first son was born. She fell in love with mom and baby fitness classes and started teaching in 2019.
