Class Description

When & Where: This class runs Wednesdays from 12:30-1:30pm on Zoom. This fall session has 8 classes starting on October 19th and ending on December 7th. What: Are you working from home or are you at home your baby and/or child(ren)? Do you have space and time in the office for a lunchtime workout? Then join us on Zoom! Each All-Levels Fitness Class on Zoom includes cardio drills, strength training, flexibility, and pre/postnatal-specific core exercises (including pelvic floor work). Classes end with a few movement-based songs for babies! This is an ALL-LEVELS fitness class so many different modifications and options will be given. This will allow participants to workout at their own pace and level of intensity. Who: Everyone is welcome! All fitness levels welcome! Women should be at least 4 weeks postpartum (or 6 weeks for c-sections). Pregnant moms are welcome! Dads and other caregivers are welcome! This class will be taught by Steph. Instructors are certified group fitness instructors through the Manitoba Fitness Council with pre/postnatal specialization. What you need: All you need for these Zoom workouts is a set of dumbbells (between 5 and 8 lbs is a good starting weight), a yoga mat or carpeted area for core work, and a small amount of space to workout in. Also make sure you are wearing athletic footwear and comfortable workout clothes. Payment: This 8 week session costs $84.00 (including tax). Register for 2 or more Peg Family Fitness classes (during the same session) and receive an additional 10% off plus FREE access to the private Facebook Group - Peg Family Fitness Online Community.
