When & Where: This class runs Saturdays from 10-11am at Norberry-Glenleee Community Centre in St. Vital. This indoor fall session has 7 classes starting on October 15th and ending on December 3rd. Please note: there is no class on November 5th due to a scheduling conflict at the community centre. What: Prenatal yoga will encourage a more comfortable and relaxed pregnancy - preparing the body and mind for labour, delivery, and postpartum adjustments. These yoga classes will include: flexibility, strength, breath-work and relaxation. They also provide the opportunity to connect with other pregnant moms in the community! Who: This class is open to all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy. This session at Norberry-Glenlee CC will be taught by Peg Family Fitness instructor Bethany. Bethany is trained and certified through the Canadian Yoga Alliance. What to bring: Participants are asked to bring their own equipment. Please bring a yoga mat, a yoga block (if you have one) and a water bottle. Yoga blocks will be available to borrow for those that don't have their own. Also make sure you are wearing comfortable and flexible clothes. Payment: This 7 week session costs $110.25 (including tax). Are you a student? Unwaged? Low-income?
