Join Peg Family Fitness for our 3rd Annual Mother's Day Zoom workout! In celebration of Mother's Day, we are offering a FREE all-levels workout on Zoom. The event will be from 12pm-1pm on Thursday May 11th. This class will include cardio drills, strength training, flexibility, and pre/postnatal-specific core exercises. This class will end with a few movement-based songs for the babies and children! Everyone is welcome! All fitness levels are welcome. All you need for this Zoom workout is a set of dumbbells (between 3-8 pounds is ideal - you could even use soup cans or filled water bottles), a yoga mat or carpeted area for core work, and a small amount of space to workout in. Also make sure you are wearing comfortable workout clothes. Registration is required.
