Class Description
Come and try our 6am Morning Kickstart Fitness class on Zoom. The free trial is for new Peg Family Fitness Zoom participants only. Returning participants are welcome to register for the session or can contact Steph at pegfamilyfitness@gmail.com about drop-ins. The free trial class is Tuesday January 7th from 6-6:40am on Zoom. What: Are you looking for a morning workout before heading to work for the day? Skip the trip to the gym and join us on Zoom! Or maybe you are an early riser or awake with the kids? Then join us online! Each Morning Kickstart class includes cardio drills, strength training, flexibility, and core exercises (pre & postnatal modifications will be given as needed). This is an ALL-LEVELS fitness class so many different modifications and options will be given. This will allow participants to workout at their own pace and level of intensity. The class schedule will be: 6-6:05am warm-up; 6:05-6:35 main workout; 6:35-6:40am stretch. Time is precious at 6am so we will start right on time and the 30min workout will get you moving and sweaty! If you miss a class for any reason, the recording for the workout will be emailed to you. So you don't need to worry about missing out - you can do the workout on your own time! Who: Everyone is welcome! All fitness levels welcome! This class is prenatal-friendly. This class will be taught by Steph. Instructors are certified group fitness instructors through the Manitoba Fitness Council with pre/postnatal specialization. What you need: All you need for these Zoom workouts is a set of dumbbells (between 5 and 8lbs is a good starting weight), and a yoga mat or carpeted area for core work. Also make sure you are wearing athletic footwear and comfortable workout clothes.
