Class Description

When & Where: Come and try our 6am Morning Kickstart Fitness class on Zoom. The free trial is for new Peg Family Fitness participants only. Returning participants are welcome to register for the session or can contact Steph at about drop-ins. The free trial can be done on either Tuesday July 9th OR Friday July 12th at 6am. There is just one free trial class per participant! What: Are you looking for a morning workout before heading to work for the day? Skip the trip to the gym and join us on Zoom! Or maybe you are an early riser or awake with kids? Then join us online! Each Morning Kickstart class includes cardio drills, strength training, flexibility, and core exercises (pre & postnatal modifications will be given as needed). This is an ALL-LEVELS fitness class so many different modifications and options will be given. This will allow participants to workout at their own pace and level of intensity. The class schedule will be: 6-6:05am warm-up; 6:05-6:35 main workout; 6:35-6:40am stretch. Time is precious at 6am so we will start right on time and the 30min workout will get you moving and sweaty! Who: Everyone is welcome! All fitness levels welcome! This class is prenatal-friendly. This class will be taught by Steph. Instructors are certified group fitness instructors through the Manitoba Fitness Council with pre/postnatal specialization. What you need: All you need for these Zoom workouts is a set of dumbbells (between 5 and 8lbs is a good starting weight), a yoga mat or carpeted area for core work, and a small amount of space to workout in. Also make sure you are wearing athletic footwear and comfortable workout clothes. Registration is required.
